Indemnification

Governing Law

Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us at shop@thekitchenpickle.com to attempt informal resolution. If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, on an individual basis (no class actions), except where prohibited by law. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Miscellaneous
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Termination. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive termination. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us.
