Shipping policy
All orders from The Kitchen Pickleball are processed and shipped with care. Please review the information below for details on processing, delivery, and returns.
Order Processing
- Orders are generally processed within a few business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or peak periods.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and your location. Estimated delivery windows will be displayed at checkout, but exact dates cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking shows “attempted delivery”, please contact the carrier directly to arrange a re-delivery.
Returned to Sender
If your order is returned to sender for any reason:
- You will receive an email from our customer service team to resolve the issue.
- If you do not respond within 5 business days, your order will be canceled and refunded minus any applicable shipping fees.
- Once an item has been marked as “returned to sender” by the carrier, the only option is to wait until it arrives back at our fulfillment center before we can reship or refund.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
If your package is lost, delayed significantly, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at shop@thekitchenpickle.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping is available at checkout, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
