Can I Cancel My Order?
You may cancel an order for a full refund as long as it has not shipped.
- Email shop@thekitchenpickle.com with your order number and the email address used to place the order.
- If your order has already shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.
Can I Change My Order?
You can request changes as long as your order has not shipped.
- Email shop@thekitchenpickle.com with your order number and the email address used to place the order.
- Once an order has shipped, we can’t make changes.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 14 days of the date of purchase.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to Start
- Email shop@thekitchenpickle.com with your order number and the email address used to place the order.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or the item is defective/damaged.
- If it’s our error or a defective/damaged item, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
My Order/Item Was Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email shop@thekitchenpickle.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, the email address used to place the order, and clear photos of the issue.
- If more than 48 hours have passed since delivery, we’re unable to issue a replacement or refund.
