Can I Cancel My Order?

You may cancel an order for a full refund as long as it has not shipped.

  • Email shop@thekitchenpickle.com with your order number and the email address used to place the order.
  • If your order has already shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.

Can I Change My Order?

You can request changes as long as your order has not shipped.

  • Email shop@thekitchenpickle.com with your order number and the email address used to place the order.
  • Once an order has shipped, we can’t make changes.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Start

  1. Email shop@thekitchenpickle.com with your order number and the email address used to place the order.
  2. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or the item is defective/damaged.
  3. If it’s our error or a defective/damaged item, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

My Order/Item Was Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email shop@thekitchenpickle.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number, the email address used to place the order, and clear photos of the issue.
  • If more than 48 hours have passed since delivery, we’re unable to issue a replacement or refund.
